A beautiful shallow dish, perfect for serving delicate treats at your dining table or simply for admiring in any room of your house.
Thrown on the potter’s wheel, before being wood-fired in a traditional anagama kiln on Dartmoor. The interior of the dish has been glazed in a shino glaze and has developed both the vibrant orange and pearly white tones that are so reminiscent of it. Inside you can also see where ash from the wood-firing settled into the glaze. The exterior of the dish has been left unglazed to allow the effect of the flame on the clay to be seen.
